result release yesterday. quite depressing i would say.
1. because SS didnt get A.
2. because inequalities fell 4 grades short from expectation.
would have achieved my target if inequalities wasnt so bad.

Module Code Module Title Grade
SC2204 Social Inequalities : Who Gets Ahead? B-
SC3206 Urban Sociology A
SC3213 Ethnographic Analysis of Visual Media B-
SSA1201 Singapore Society A-
SW2104 Human Development over the Lifespan B

of the other hand, wasnt really expecting myself to get A for urban soci. was only hoping for an A- considering how difficult many people felt the module was.

scored a total of 3.8 this sem. despite the improvement, i still think my results sucks. i wanted and needed something like 4.2 :(
-----------------------------------
went to withdraw my file for grad on fri.

shall and i need to pia even harder for the next 2 sems ahead. i know i can do better.

apparently, out of all the people that i know... only me, peishan and fabian's grades improved. the rest of them experienced the fall in caps. its the 'sem 2' phenomenon...

continue with random photos from taiwan

on the plane back to SG...

dun ask me why we're rich enough to take SQ instead of budjet airline...

on the bus ride to taoyuan international airport...
at the ktv on day 5...
i think my hand gestured like im practising some "tan zi shen gong"... haha
and their ktv room is super big. like at least twice the size of a normal k box room. its cheaper than most ktv in singapore. refer to poh's blog for more detailed description of our ktv trip in taiwan.

mountain climbing day 4, while taking bus back to "jian tan" station so that we can go shopping at shilin...
and their bus rides are really cheap... did i mention before that it's only 7NT for a 45 min to 1 hr trip? thats like only S$0.32!!! dats such a big difference from the bus fare in SG

on the train...
jk's hair still look wet from the rain...
the train is just that those we have in singapore. apparently they sort of borrowed the SG's train concept. but i tot they're really discipline when it comes to public transport manners.

took this photo before we started climbing up the cising mountain of yangming shan

on day 2...

sun yat sen memorial hall...
