its the new year!!!!
wanted to change a new layout for my blog. but cant seem to find something that appeals to me, so decided to scrap the idea.

life is good. went for the M H A career talk/tour and kinda marked my future path's direction. its just a matter of which exact path to apply for. steamboat and dessert with thambi, qi and ps after the tour was good. 2 steamboats within 3 weeks. OMG! we're quite a glutton. but the steamboat decision was rather spontaneous, since we're in the area anyway. but it was still fun :)--------------------------------------
spent the new year at min's house. its a good cosy get-together at her place, spending the new year eating and gossipping and playing cards at her house. damn surprised to know that 2 of my secondary school classmate is already engaged. OMG! surprise surprise... the career women actually decided to drop her uni educated for marriage! OMG! the power of love!--------------------------------------
met up with shane before he leaves for UK to do his PhD. gave me a tour around novena area, and make me feel like a tourist. haha... feels weird to be out with a tutor though... make me wonder how people can get involved in teacher-student relationship. the power relations is so strong in class, so how does it resolve in informal context? anyway... good luck to shane. may the force be with him.. lol!

i realise i haven been blogging for a really long long time. been wanting to do so all the time actually... but they all just ended up accumulating to the backlog that i have to do.
school stuff first.
well, school have officially started again and so.. the final season of 'the sOCi'. Sad but unfortunately, thats the way how things go. see alot of new faces because some people just came into the hons track... and soooo many year 3s around. OMG! this is so not the kind of guts that i will have 1 year back.
it feels so good to be classmates again with your ex-classmates, refering to joyce and jamie. maybe not so much of it is extended to joyce because i wasnt close to her to begin with. but classes again with jamie is definitely something to look forward to.
kinda have a module with a super anal teacher... but after the 2nd lesson, i think things can only get better. 2nd lesson wasnt as bad as the first. in fact, i think it was pretty good. and things are only better when i always have jamie sitting beside me and chope sit for me when im late!!!
super siong workload this sem because i have 2 modules which really requires me to religiously do my weekly readings. no way out and i hope im getting myself in for all that mugging that has to be done.
ISM is very much way behind time because im supposed to have finished all my readings according to my initial plan. none of the books have been touched till date. crap. at least im starting on my journals first and then hand up my interview guide by next week (as requested by my sup). gosh... she's driving me like as though im doing a thesis.
moral of the story: may the force be with me!

celebrated ZH's birthday with a stayover at Qing's place. full force for FS! imagine 6 girls talking non-stop the entire night from 7.30 pm to 7am the next morning. dinner, dirnking, and chit-chatting. life's good for that night.. till then... may the full force re-unite again after qing come back from Milan 7 months later.
