it all up in the news. and its all up on the net. the hottest topic of the day is all about our newly crowned "princess".

my one and only copy of the free distributed paper from the train station was like the hottest thing being passed around in the office.

its a semi-open secret. we all know about the main gist from the newspapers, but the whole lot of details are kept confi dential inside the case files in several offices. not in any position to comment, not allowed to comment either.

my own opinion says that everybody deserves a second chance. but second chance should only be given to those who have learnt their lessons and are going to cherish it, given the right conditions. given the fact that this competition takes in people from 'clean' background, she should have known that such an outcome has a high possibility.

its good, and bad. good in the sense that we really practice what we advocate, to give people a chance to turn over a new leaf. common sense will tell you that its bad because its going to reflect badly on the quality of people we have here. we surely need to strike a balance between these concerns, and make sure we do not slap ourselves in the face.

like what i used to say, may the force be with those who needs it. her family. they are obviously the most innocent party out of the whole incident.
