i realised a sunflower at work. all thanks for world kindness day on friday nov 13th. but due to the 1 week mc that i had, i only saw the flower on sat when i went back to work.

work on saturday, only to realise i have to start my marathon and tonnes of things to update into the system because i wasnt around to update wat was done during the previous saturday. 2 saturdays worth of things to update, congrats to me!

i finally managed to clear all the updates today. because most of my appointments are cancelled. fortunately or unfortunately. they aint really cancelled, but postponed. so it means my work is just postponed to a later crashing date rather than today. sad fact of work life. but its good, cuz it means im not spending my time slacking and working on static boring stuff. dynamism at work is good!

received an email that was really unexpected. one of my primary school friend who was working in the same organization emailed me to catch up and ask more about my job because she is exploring job options within and outside of the organization. im pretty amazed because as far as i know, she is barely in the organization about the same period as me but she already has intentions to leave the position. i can understand why, but im glad im not the that position to have to consider the option of leaving :)
