one of my colleague decided to quit our job because he didnt want to be the 'bad guy'. i finally have my share of experiencing it. my partner told me that he received some negative feedback, which we can understand why. as much as we can understand, i think i've done what i should do, and really done all others that i can.

i dont mind if you dont understand, but i hope you can still make the right choice. life is tough. decisions are harsh. perhaps others live their life easier than yours, but what makes you think that you've got the hardest? you chose what you want to do then, so now you have to face the consequences. when you chose to do it, you have to be prepared.

everybody make mistakes. nobody dont. you're fortunate if they dont come with a legal implication. if you're does, blame yourself instead of others. you had a choice.
